Ironically in this case, I think it's because of the music we play constantly in the office. Sometimes - if I've already got out of bed wrong - the music makes it worse and turns my brain to mush by the end of the day. For me the trick is to become consciously aware of the funk I'm in. Once that happens I can take a time out and break the pattern, but I don't always manage it. I had one of those “out of tune” days just yesterday. For me the trick is to become consciously aware of the funk I’m in. Once that happens I can take a time out and break the pattern, but I don’t always manage it.
