		<description>I had one of those &quot;out of tune&quot; days just yesterday. Ironically in this case, I think it&#039;s because of the music we play constantly in the office. Sometimes - if I&#039;ve already got out of bed wrong - the music makes it worse and turns my brain to mush by the end of the day.

For me the trick is to become consciously aware of the funk I&#039;m in. Once that happens I can take a time out and break the pattern, but I don&#039;t always manage it.</description>
