Enlightened Diva Coaching is about not being afraid to go after what you want – but knowing when to stop resisting and let the Universe take take of the details.
When you work with me:
- We’ll shine a spotlight on what it is you want. Then decide together how to damn well grab it with both hands.
- We’ll do it with joy, non-resistance, passion, intention and focus.
- I can give you the mantras to hold on to when it gets scary or overwhelming. This is probably the most valuable thing I offer you.
- We sketch out a roadmap to will absolutely get you where you want to go.
- I follow up with you to support you, encourage and cheer you on. And to tell you, honestly, when you need to step up.
How Does It Work?
- Backstage Preparation… I will email you a brief questionnaire when you book your session with me to get the low-down on you, your frustrations, your desires and goals.
- A sixty-minute session via Skype. We begin with what you think is holding you back. Then we’ll realign your focus and your mindset wholeheartedly on your dreams and passions. We rehearse your plan for diva domination. I will push you into a completely different gear and leave you fizzing with new ideas and peaceful confidence. An hour of pure and practical inspiring diva deliciousness.
- An MP3 file of the recorded session emailed to you. Because an enlightened diva never forgets.
- Email support for a whole month. Keeping you accountable. Making real, concrete progress. All part of the service.
